研究方向包括射频微机电系统(RF-MEMS)、纳米光机电系统(Nano-Opto-Electro-Mechanical Systems)、射频滤波器(IPD、SAW、FBAR)、射频集成电路设计(RFIC)、射频前端模组(RFFE Module)、MEMS-IC芯片集成与协同设计等;研究与工作期间发表国际论文60余篇,以及美国专利申请超过140项(其中超过100项已获授权)
