个人简介
曹刚,男,特任教授,博士生导师。一直致力产线工艺兼容的可扩展栅控半导体量子计算与量子器件研究,近年来主要利用课题组先进的微纳工艺设备与量子计算测控平台,聚焦硅基量子计算的多比特扩展架构开展深入研究,主要包括:半导体微纳器件的工艺研发与优化;半导体-谐振腔杂化系统射频测控;硅基自旋量子比特长程耦合;Circuit QED系统实验物理等。在Nat. Commun.、Sci. Adv.、Phys. Rev. Lett.、Sci. Bull.等国内外期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,申请相关专利30余项。获国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金资助,科技创新2030课题负责人、科技部重点研发计划子课题负责人、安徽省引导专项课题负责人,主持基金委重大研究计划培育、面上等多个项目,相关成果获安徽省科学技术一等奖(2/5)。目前任European Physical Journal B 副主编,物理学会四刊联合青年编委,计算机学会量子计算专委会执行委员。
