个人简介

主要研究方向:人工智能赋能集成电路设计自动化(EDA三维集成芯片可靠性设计等。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、安徽省自然科学基金项目1项、华为公司技术攻关项目3项,作为项目骨干参与国家级科研项目2。在EDA领域国际知名期刊和会议上发表论文总计50余篇
