个人简介

谭青海博士,特任教授,博士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才。目前主要研究兴趣为二维半导体光谱物理与器件物理、具体包括莫尔异质结中新奇量子态的探索与调控、激子动力学研究与调控、新型量子传感器以及红外光电探测器等。近年来在Nature MaterialsNature PhotonicsNature ElectronicsNature CommunicationsScience AdvancesPhysical Review LettersNano LettersACS Nano等国际期刊发表论文30余篇,参与编写英文专著一部。研究成果被Nature Materials,新加坡南洋理工大学等杂志和媒体报道。同时担任Nature MaterialsNature PhysicalsNano LettersACS Nano等国际期刊审稿人。
