个人简介

谭青海博士,特任教授,博士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才。目前主要研究兴趣为二维半导体器件物理与新型量子信息器件、包括半导体莫尔超晶格中新奇电子态的研究与调控、新型量子器件、红外光电探测器以及二维铁电机理与器件等。近年来在Nature MaterialsNature PhotonicsNature ElectronicsNature CommunicationsScience AdvancesPhysical Review LettersNano LettersACS Nano等国际期刊发表论文30余篇,参与编写英文专著一部。研究成果被Nature Materials,新加坡南洋理工大学等杂志和媒体报道。同时担任NatureNature MaterialsNature PhysicalsNano LettersACS Nano等国际期刊审稿人。
