Dr. Muhammad Hunain Memon is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Microelectronics, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). His research focuses on III-nitride optoelectronic devices and their integration, as well as photonic integrated circuits. He has published extensively in prestigious journals, including Nature Electronics, Advanced Optical Materials, Journal of Lightwave Technology, and others. His work has resulted in over 35 SCI-indexed publications and more than 1,600 citations on Google Scholar. He actively contributes to the scientific community as a reviewer for high-impact journals such as Nano-Micro Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, Laser & Photonics Reviews, and more. He significantly contributes to science and technology initiatives, serving on the IEEE SSCS Chapters Steering Committee and as Chair of the SSCS Arduino Contest for the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, he is currently serving as counselor of the IEEE USTC Student Branch and previously played a pivotal role in establishing IEEE student branches at USTC, including SSCS, EDS, Photonics Society, and UFFC.
