主要从事宽温域高性能模拟前端集成电路（AFE）设计研究，应用场景覆盖耐高温石油测井以及极低温量子测控芯片。在IEEE JSSC、TCAS-I、TCAS-II等集成电路领域顶级期刊及会议发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、科技部国家重点研发子课题、国家重大专项子课题各1项，并主持多项工业界横向项目。
