个人简介

主要从事宽温域高性能模拟前端集成电路(AFE)设计研究,应用场景覆盖高温石油测井以及极低温量子测控芯片。在IEEE JSSCTCAS-ITCAS-II等集成电路领域顶级期刊及会议发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、科技部国家重点研发子课题、国家重大专项子课题各1项,并主持多项工业界横向项目。
