个人简介:
谢庆国,中国科学技术大学教授、博士生导师,合肥综合性国家科学中心人工智能研究院首席研究员。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。领导团队研发了全球首个标准CMOS工艺的SiPM,并成功应用于医疗器械、高能物理、安检、弱光成像、激光探测等领域。主持国家自然科学基金科学仪器基础研究专项、重大国际合作研究项目、国家杰出青年科学基金项目、国家重大科研仪器研制项目、原创探索计划项目,863项目、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项等科研项目20余项。
团队致力于培养具有高度社会责任感和正向价值观的顶尖科学家和工程师。鼓励并支持学生参与全球范围内重大科研活动和学术交流活动,学生获得IEEE NSS/MIC 新人奖、NIH杰出青年学者奖、互联网+金奖、日内瓦国家发明展金奖等、中国专利金奖等三十余人次。
