个人简介

马平博士现任中国科学技术大学微电子学院特任教授,博士生导师。研究聚焦高速、高性能、低功耗集成信息光子器件及芯片。主持及参与多项科研以及校企合作项目。在Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Materials等国内外重要期刊和学术会议发表论文50余篇。研究成果被Nature Photonics等杂志和媒体报道。持有多项国内外专利或专利申请,部分成果实现向初创公司授权转化。现为Optica/OSA高级会员、IEEE高级会员。
